Trilogy Water Polo

Sophia Noble joins the coaching staff as a decorated athlete and experienced mentor, currently serving as an assistant coach for San Diego State University. A standout goalkeeper at UC Davis from 2019 to 2023, Sophia concluded her collegiate career as the program’s all-time leader with 748 career saves. Her elite play earned her All-Big West honors and paved the way for a successful professional career in Europe. She served as the starting goalie for CN Echeyde in Spain, leading them to the EuroCup playoffs, and later guided LUC Metropole in France to an undefeated season and a national championship title.

Beyond her professional accolades, Sophia has a deep-rooted passion for youth development, having coached with the Davis Water Polo Club and Davis High School. A San Clemente native and a UC Davis psychology graduate, she was a perennial Academic All-Conference performer, balancing high-level athletics with academic excellence. Sophia brings a unique global perspective and a record of championship-level success, dedicated to helping the next generation of female athletes master the fundamentals and mental toughness required for the sport.
